The item must be unused.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the return.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unused items. If you’d like to exchange a product, contact us at info@w3rocks.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items
Currently, all of our products are eligible for return and refund. There are no non-returnable or final sale items at this time.
